MAJOR FAMILY-OWNED CHAIN ARRIVES IN CHICOUTIMI   CHICOUTIMI, November 15, 2021. — Benny&Co., the largest family-owned rotisserie chain in Quebec, is proud to announce its arrival in the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region with the unveiling of a Benny&Co. restaurant in Chicoutimi. After more than six years of research and planning, it is with great enthusiasm that the Benny family is establishing itself in Saguenay, in addition to opening a second restaurant in Jonquière in 2022.   The construction of the Benny&Co. restaurant in Chicoutimi, in collaboration with Drumco Construction, required an investment of $2 million for the design and interior layout, in addition to investments for the purchase of the land and the construction of the building, which was carried out in collaboration with many of the region’s tradespeople. The 3,800-square-foot restaurant will accommodate 120 customers. The new co-franchisees Mélanie Durocher and Michel Grenier have been working at Benny&Co. for 25 years.  ...
