Waitress job

Under the supervision of the manager and / or the assistant manager and / or team leader, the waiter serves and meets the needs of customers. A cheerful demeanour, speed and professionalism are important criteria for this position.

Waitress main responsibilities

  • Provide a courteous welcoming to customers
  • Takes customers' order in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Maintains their workspace and the dining room space as well
  • Communicates feedback and customer suggestions to their manager
  • Prepares desserts and beverages
  • Ensures the quality, freshness and rotation of food
  • Suggest complementary products to customers and informs them of current promotions
  • Meets Benny & Co. service standards
  • Ensures customers are treated to the full Benny & Co. experience

Required qualifications

Experience
Experience in customer service and / or the restaurant industry

Professional and technical knowledge

Understanding and / or facility with computers
