Under the supervision of the on-site manager, the assistant cook is responsible for ensuring the necessary support for food production. They must also actively participate in the maintenance of health and hygiene standards, as well as Benny & Co.’s quality standards.

Assistant cook main responsibilities

  • Completes orders
  • Performs product rotation
  • Completes all tasks related to hygiene and sanitation
  • Plans set up before each service
  • Ensures the overall cleanliness of the kitchen
  • Adheres and applies to Benny & Co.'s operating standards and recipes

Required qualifications

Experience 
Kitchen experience is an advantage

Professional and technical knowledge

Kitchen experience within the roast chicken industry is an advantage
